小掌櫃 APP

加入會員

為了保護顧客隱私，並確認您是店內的現場顧客，小掌櫃 APP 不提供自行註冊。請在合作的無人商店現場，用手機相機掃描設備上的 QR Code 加入會員，之後即可使用 LINE、Google 或 Apple 帳號登入。

店內設備、付款、儲值與服務

設備操作、現場收款與服務由店家負責。請在 App 的「店家 → 地點」查看店家電話與地址，直接聯絡店家。

App 與帳號

App 使用或帳號問題，請 Email 至 ysc@goalsoft.com.tw，並註明您使用的登入方式與問題。

刪除帳號

在 App 內選擇「選單 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號」送出申請，詳見刪除帳號說明。

Joining

To protect customer privacy and to make sure members are real customers at the store, the app has no in-app sign-up. Join at a participating store by scanning the QR code on a machine with your phone camera, then sign in with LINE, Google or Apple.

Machines, payments, top-ups and store services

Each store is responsible for its machines, on-site payments and services. Find the store's phone number and address under Store → Place in the app and contact the store directly.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Menu → Account → Delete account. See account deletion for details.
