小掌櫃 APP

在 App 內申請

1. 開啟小掌櫃 APP 並登入。
2. 點左上角選單 → 帳號 → 刪除帳號。
3. 確認各店點數後，勾選同意並送出刪除申請。送出後會自動登出。

無法登入時

請 Email 至 ysc@goalsoft.com.tw，註明您登入時使用的方式（LINE、Google、Apple 或 Email）與帳號資訊，我們確認是本人後代為申請。

處理方式

申請由客服人工處理，約 7 個工作天完成。完成後會員資料、各店點數與優惠券一併刪除，無法復原；依法或帳務需要必須保存的交易紀錄除外。送出申請時，App 會一併解除 Apple、Google 或 LINE 的登入授權。

Request in the app

1. Open Counterbox (小掌櫃 APP) and sign in.
2. Tap the menu → Account → Delete account.
3. Review your points at each store, confirm, and submit the request. You are signed out after submitting.

If you cannot sign in

Email ysc@goalsoft.com.tw with how you sign in (LINE, Google, Apple or email) and your account details. We submit the request for you after confirming it is you.

What happens

Our support team processes each request within about 7 business days. Your member data, points and coupons at every store are then deleted and cannot be restored, except transaction records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons. When you submit the request, the app also removes the Apple, Google or LINE sign-in authorization.
